We took advantage of the new snow in the jagged Indian Peak Mountains of Colorado to do some ski photography. The hiking took over 5 hours, but was worth it for the fantastic ski and lighting conditions. Taking pictures was difficult, as there was always the time constraint of the sun, and patience of my subjects who were less excited about taking 500 pictures of skiing than I was. As we moved up the various ridges and meadows, through the trees and between cliffs, I was able to snap off a couple of the pictures below. It was a fantastic adventure. We triggered a very small avalanche, but otherwise it was a very safe trip.
